Nursing Education and Management
In order to provide excellent care to patients of all ages and stages of health and sickness in a variety of settings, nurses must complete a learning process that serves as their professional education. This involves roles and responsibilities in the patient's physical care as well as a synthesis of other disciplines that both hasten and support the patient's recovery from illness. Nurse management is the process of leading teams and nursing departments to uphold best practices and structure when providing patient care.
