Sue Kitching is a vastly experienced Nursing leader who has held a variety of roles in all types of Healthcare. Her driving passion is about making effective sustainable change in Nursing practice and patient outcomes. She has worked both in the UK and Saudi Arabia. Sue is an accomplished management professional with over 25 years experience in strategic planning, operations management, project management, clinical excellence and leadership within the highly regulated healthcare sector. She is qualified with a Master’s Degree in Collaborative Healthcare as well as a Bachelors Degree in Social Science and Healthcare with strong skills in delivering high quality services while liaising closely with clinicians to reduce risk.

A Board Certified Care Manager and Dementia Practitioner. Board of the Southwestern Connecticut Area Agency on Aging Candidate: Doctor of Nursing Practice – Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT. She has served as a Regional Director, Executive Director, and Administrator/Assistant Administrator; spent 13 years as a DNS/7 as Director of Community Health Planning for the Greenwich Department of Health. She now operates her own public health consulting firm. She was the 1st treasurer of the CT Commission on Health Equity, and serves on Boards/Advisory Boards; she has been chairman of the Lower Fairfield County Regional Action Council for nearly 10 years. Past treasurer and most recently President of CT Nurses' Association.

He is Chief Researcher of the Institute for Complex Problems of Hygiene Science Federal Scientific Center of Hygiene and also works as a professor at the Department of Hygiene of Children and Adolescents at Sechenov University
