An Executive HealthCare Administrator with 14+ years experience in Healthcare Executive Senior Management and Consultancy and 22 years' experience in nursing. Dr Aline occupied numerous Healthcare Senior Executive Management positions as Vice President for Nursing Service, Chief Quality Officer, Corporate Director of Nursing, Director of Health Affairs, Director International Affiliations and Global Patient Acquisition Division and Executive Management Advisor and Consultant. Dr Aline worked in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates respectively. She worked with USA and Germany tertiary hospitals, as well as, the UAE embassies in Washington, DC and Munich. Currently, Dr Aline lives and works as Executive Management Advisor and Consultant in Sydney Australia and serves as a Senior Executive Advisory Board Member with CEBS Worldwide Dr Aline chaired, organized, directed and spoke at over 30 International and National Conferences and have received many awards in appreciation to her contribution to the nursing profession in the UAE.

She has a proven record of success in strategic, organizational, operational, and fiscal management of the Children's Services, specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Pediatrics Unit for major healthcare organizations within the United States Pacific Southwest and Northwest (California, Arizona, Oregon and Washington States). She has a BSN, MBA/Healthcare Management and is currently pursuing a PhD (Doctoral in Performance Improvement Psychology) at Grand Canyon University. Dr. Lee Anne Xippolitos(Biography)
Dr. Lee Anne Xippolitos has held multiple nursing leadership positions in her career. Presently, her role at Stony Brook University involves responsibility on the Senior Vice President’s team as Dean of the School of Nursing. Dr. Xippolitos received her AS degree in Nursing from Farmingdale College. Her BS and MS degree from Stony Brook University, School of Nursing and has completed her PhD in Nursing at Adelphi University. She is certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist as well as a Nurse Practitioner in psychiatric-mental health nursing. She also holds a certification as a Nurse Administrator through the American Nurses Credentialing Board. She is a member of American Association of Colleges of Nursing, American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) and New York Organization of Nurse Executives. She is President-Elect for the New York State Council of Deans and has served as their secretary for the last four years. And, she is a charter member and past president of Kappa Gamma Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau, International, the international honor society for nursing. Dr. Xippolitos sits on several Boards. On a national level, she is an active member on the Vizient Nurse Residency Board of Directors. The Vizient Nurse Residency curriculum aims at educating and socializing new nursing graduates into clinical nursing. Dr. Xippolitos provides consultation to the Board regarding curriculum development and analysis of outcome data. On a local level, she sits on the Board of Directors for the Stony Brook University Hospital Nurse Residency program, a CCNE accredited program. Additionally, she sits on the Board of Directors at Farmingdale College, Nassau County Community College and Suffolk County Community College. Her involvement with Suffolk Community College lead to the development of Suffolk-Stony Brook Nursing First. This program is the first nursing joint admission program on Long Island enabling enrolled students to obtain a bachelor’s degree in four years through one admission application. Dr. Xippolitos is responsible for more than 1,335 student nurses who are receiving their degrees at Stony Brook University School of Nursing. There are many University projects that involve her time. However, her clinical interests revolve around improving the standard of patient and family centered care through inter-professional education. Currently, there are several research projects in place with the School of Medicine and the School of Dental Medicine aimed at educating nursing, medical and dental students in one forum. Additionally, she works closely with Stony Brook Hospital and acts as an advocate for developing partnerships between faculty and nursing staff that focus on enhancing quality and safety in healthcare. During Dr. Xippolitos’ tenure as Dean, the School of Nursing has hosted seven Knowledge Exchanges with Cheju Halla University and the Korean Armed Forces Nursing Academy in South Korea. These exchanges have brought over 60 South Korean nursing students to our country to learn about the American healthcare system. Likewise, Dr. Xippolitos has also been invited to Cheju Halla University to speak about American healthcare as well as present at Cheju Halla University’s international conference on problem based learning. Stony Brook University’s Global Education program continues to grow in broadening its offering to their students. The School now has placements in Tanzania, South Korea, Peru and Ecuador. Dr. Xippolitos is a nursing leader who has enjoyed the opportunities that her profession has afforded her and looks forward to continuing her work at the University.

Dr. Aaron Han is USA Board certified Clinical Informaticist. He chairs the Hospital Quality Committee and oversees accreditation activities in additional to his professional practice in cancer pathology. He is Scientific Chair for Emirates Pathology Society; Adjunct Professor at Mohamed Rashid University Medical School; and Advisory Board member for American University in Dubai.
